Crystal Hunt Harvey, a Miami, Florida native, received her education and upbringing through the Miami-Dade County Public School system. She's an alumnus of Florida International University, located in Miami, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Her academic journey included minors in Restaurant, Hotel, and Travel & Tourism Management.

For a quarter of a century, Crystal has been happily married to John Harvey, her sweetheart from middle and high school. Together, they lead a group of thriving businesses. These include Your Savory Fare™, a food service management company specializing in food safety training, consulting, and food service coaching for start-ups; Crystal Clear Hospitality™, a hospitality firm offering training, consultation, and management for holistic hospitality services, event management, and travel & tourism management; and Cookie Collage™, a company dedicated to baking and culinary creations. She also serves as the (COO) Chief Operations Officer for their 15-year-old daughter's business, Gg’s Eyewear & Designz, which offers custom eyewear, accessories, and apparel.

With over three decades of experience in the Hospitality and Travel & Tourism industry, Crystal is well-versed in various sectors, including aviation, hotel and lodging, attractions, food and beverage management, event planning, and cruise line sales and management. Her exceptional proficiency extends to training and the delivery of a heartfelt hospitality experience. This passion led to the creation of Crystal Clear Hospitality™, a company known for delivering a distinctive level of service that embodies her name.

Crystal Harvey's culinary expertise has earned her recognition as an award-winning "Chef to the Stars," celebrated for her fusion-style cooking. While her accolades and accomplishments are many, she gladly shares the culinary and businesses success with her husband, John, as they have worked side-by-side for more than 13 years. Together, they manufacture J.G.T. Seasoning®, which bottles their well-known flavors.   

Currently, she dedicates the majority of her work hours to serving as a hospitality business consultant, trainer, coach, and speaker. Her profound industry knowledge has made her a sought-after member on various Hospitality boards, enabling her to share the wisdom she's accumulated over the years. Her most coveted area of expertise centers around Holistic Hospitality, emphasizing the enhancement of both employee and guest experiences, all delivered with a heartfelt approach that distinguishes itself from traditional customer service. This unique approach has catapulted her businesses to the status of rising stellar enterprises, in high demand both nationally and internationally.

Crystal and John are proud parents to three children: Jayson, Gabrielle, and Trenton Harvey. Her aspiration is to be an exemplary role model for her children and the individuals she mentors, serving as the driving force behind her unwavering focus, motivation, and determination.
