Crystal Harvey, M.S., is a hospitality consultant, trainer, speaker, entrepreneur, and author with more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, travel and tourism, customer service, leadership development, and organizational training. A proud graduate of Florida International University, she earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Hospitality Management, with academic concentrations in restaurant, hotel, and travel & tourism management.

Throughout her career, Crystal has built a reputation for delivering exceptional experiences across a wide range of hospitality sectors, including aviation, lodging, attractions, food and beverage management, event planning, and cruise line sales and operations. Her expertise in service excellence, leadership development, and employee engagement has made her a trusted advisor to businesses, educational institutions, government , and community organizations.

Crystal is the co-founder of Crystal Clear Hospitality™, where she provides soft skills training, coaching, consulting, and speaking services designed to elevate both the employee and customer experience. She is also co-owner of Your Savory Fare™, a food service management company specializing in food safety training, consulting, and business coaching for food service professionals and start-up operations.

An award-winning culinary professional and recognized "Chef to the Stars," Crystal has appeared in print and media, served celebrities, dignitaries, and their families, and shared her expertise with audiences nationwide. Together with her husband and business partner, John Harvey, she also co-manufactures J.G.T. Seasoning®, bringing their signature flavors to kitchens across the country.

As a respected industry leader, Crystal serves on multiple hospitality and education boards and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals. At the heart of her work is her signature philosophy, Hospitality at Home™, the belief that true hospitality begins within. By caring for ourselves first, we are better equipped to serve, support, and positively impact others.

Crystal and John have been married for more than 25 years and are proud parents of three children: Jayson, Gabrielle, and Trenton. Their shared commitment to family, service, and entrepreneurship continues to inspire the work they do and the lives they touch.
